Directions for use
Pour 150 ml of water over 6.5 g of powder (equivalent to 1 level 10 ml spoon) and mix until fully dispersed.
Preferably take in the morning. Consume shortly after preparation.
For optimal results, it is recommended to use this product for two consecutive months.
