Article 1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Institut Calysta and the Buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website “www.institutcalysta.com”. The purchase of a product through this website implies the Buyer’s unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the Buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Article 5. Retention of title
Institut Calysta retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price has been received, including principal, costs and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal

Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the purchase order, which may only be within the agreed geographical area. Reshipment fees
Deliveries are handled by external carriers. Shipping costs may be offered at the discretion of Institut Calysta, and only once per order. If a parcel is returned for any reason whatsoever (incorrect or incomplete address, unclaimed parcel, refused delivery, transport-related incident, etc.), a fixed contribution toward reshipment costs shall be charged to the customer in the amount of €6.90 for mainland France and €9.90 for international shipments. Article 8. Warranty
